- To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
- To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

This place is fantastic. My car failed inspection at Pepboys due to an issue with my muffler and I was basically told to go find someone else to fix it. Mechas was open on Saturday to fit with my schedule, accepted my vehicle as a last minute add on, andthe crew was even willing to stay late after closing time to get my repairs done at the highest quality possible.
