This was my first time ever going to an auto body shop, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I actually found Luis and Nichole by accident after being directed to their location by someone who thought the former owner was still there. I had a cracked wheel that was losing air too quickly to be usable. While they couldn't perform that specific repair, without my asking, they helpfully took the time to search online for a shop that could. It was so kind of them that I promised myself they would be my first choice if I ever needed body work. Several months later, the hatchback hinge on my vehicle broke off. I attempted to fix it myself a few times, but I was eventually forced to use a 2x4 piece of lumber just to hold the hatch open. Since the hinge was welded directly to the body, I was worried it couldn't be repaired without major work. Luis took a quick look and confidently said it was an easy job for his welding skills. Nichole promptly sent over a reasonable estimate, complete with photos of the issue and a detailed breakdown of parts, paint, and labor. When I picked up my vehicle, I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the repair. It is absolutely flawless. The hinge and body look as if they just rolled off the factory floor. Please do not hesitate to give Mechas Auto Body, LLC a chance to do their best for you. You won't be disappointed!

What a lovely shop, run by the best people. I am so so grateful for the work they did on my car. My 2011 civic was messed up from an accident for far too long. They helped me get it back to where it should be, detailed it and had great communication the whole time. A truly great shop. Thank you SO MUCH I am so excited to have my car back!

I was a victim of a hit and run accident in a local parking lot. I have never been to a body shop before and I chose this one simply on faith and intuition. I also have to pay out of my own pocket for the repairs. I was well treated and the work was exceptionally good.

This place is fantastic. My car failed inspection at Pepboys due to an issue with my muffler and I was basically told to go find someone else to fix it. Mechas was open on Saturday to fit with my schedule, accepted my vehicle as a last minute add on, andthe crew was even willing to stay late after closing time to get my repairs done at the highest quality possible. I am incredibly satisfied with both their work and their customer service, and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for car help.

"They Delivered What They Promised" As a very apprehensive female customer, due to past exploits from previous mechanics who worked on my Toyota Avalon, I'm simply "Over the Moon" Happy and more than Satisfied with the auto body and significant paint repair service I received from Mechas! Starting with Nicole and the exceptional Customer Service, coupled with the very personal highly competent, expertly skilled workmanship, Transparency, Integrity, and ultra Professionalism, I truly could not be more pleased. They worked to support and satisfy my auto needs within the parameters of my determined budget. "Hands Down they are a 5plus,plus, plus Star Operation! I will surely be a returning customer and recommend that you also give them a try. Ms.K 7/30/26

Luis did a great job on my 2007 Toyota Avalon. It had a lot of small damage after 19 years of use and now it looks pretty close to brand new! The price was reasonable and Nicole was a pleasure to work with. I recommend Mechas without reservation.

I can’t recommend this shop enough! They repaired the front bumper and quarter panel on my foreign car, which isn’t the easiest vehicle to find parts for, and somehow had everything completed in less than two weeks. The quality of the work is outstanding—you’d never know the car had been damaged. To top it all off, they surprised me by detailing both the interior and exterior before returning it. The car looked cleaner than the day I bought it. It’s rare to find a shop that combines this level of craftsmanship, speed, communication, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for honest people who take pride in their work, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I found MECHAS on Yelp and after reading interviews, I felt confident enough to make a call. I’m normally do not go to family operated auto repair shops but my sister who has also a small body repair shop in New Jersey told me definitely to go here because you’ll get better service than you would at a car dealership,so I listened to her. Nicole and Luis were professionals in service. They were friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable leaving my car there and I had two problems. I had 2 actuators with the air conditioning that needed replaced That was done within 48 hours! I had a drivers side window that that needed repaired. I couldn’t get a Dunkin’ Donuts from pick up window. I couldn’t even go to the ATM at the bank. I was completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them to do any type of bodywork, mechanical work, engine work! They are super team! Nicole wow what an administrator! She runs that office like a captain of a ship! They are located @ the end of Braddock Ave near the Rankin Bridge. I definitely will go back again if my Kia Sportage SX ever needs worked on! Buen trabajo equipo de Mechas!!

I took my Honda CRV to Mechas to repair a front collision damage. They were able to fit me in on short notice and complete the repairs quickly and to a high quality standard. What I like about Mechas is that its a small business and that I was dealing directly with the person who is working on my car. They were very responsive and accomodating to my inquiries, and helpful in dealing with insurance and rental companies.

I took my Subaru Forester to Mechas after a cement truck took off its back bumper. Since it was parked, the trucking company took full responsibility. Mechas was totally professional with everything - estimate, repair work, rental car, insurance. And they always answered the phone or immediately returned my call. Delightful people. I highly recommend them. Almost forgot to mention - the interior detailing was an added bonus!

Mechas did a great job repairing my car bumper and fender. The price was reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. They arranged for a rental car from the nearby Enterprise. Collision repair completed on my Toyota Highlander after my vehicle sustained front end and side damage post accident. My vehicle was returned in pristine condition and the 3 stage color was PERFECT/FLAWLESS. Luis is an expert at his craft and was very informative throughout the entire process. Unlike other facilities, I did not have to wait long for my vehicle and I can say I truly felt valued. I will only use this shop moving forward! I am a customer for life. Update: I have taken my Toyota Highlander and my Daughters Scion TC to this shop. They treat you like an extension of their family. They are highly knowledgeable and explain every detail of the process to you in language you understand. They even provide you with repair options to fit your budget and financing (to qualified applicants) which was helpful for my Daughter who is a college student. . I can only say positive things about this locally owned small business. They have earned my trust and I am thankful to have a business in the community that I can go to for my auto body , detailing and light mechanical needs - a business I am proud to refer people to without hesitation. I am an ambassador for Mechas Auto Body and I will be a customer for life!
