This place is fantastic. My car failed inspection at Pepboys due to an issue with my muffler and I was basically told to go find someone else to fix it. Mechas was open on Saturday to fit with my schedule, accepted my vehicle as a last minute add on, andthe crew was even willing to stay late after closing time to get my repairs done at the highest quality possible. I am incredibly satisfied with both their work and their customer service, and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for car help.

I can’t recommend this shop enough! They repaired the front bumper and quarter panel on my foreign car, which isn’t the easiest vehicle to find parts for, and somehow had everything completed in less than two weeks. The quality of the work is outstanding—you’d never know the car had been damaged. To top it all off, they surprised me by detailing both the interior and exterior before returning it. The car looked cleaner than the day I bought it. It’s rare to find a shop that combines this level of craftsmanship, speed, communication, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for honest people who take pride in their work, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I found MECHAS on Yelp and after reading interviews, I felt confident enough to make a call. I’m normally do not go to family operated auto repair shops but my sister who has also a small body repair shop in New Jersey told me definitely to go here because you’ll get better service than you would at a car dealership,so I listened to her. Nicole and Luis were professionals in service. They were friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable leaving my car there and I had two problems. I had 2 actuators with the air conditioning that needed replaced That was done within 48 hours! I had a drivers side window that that needed repaired. I couldn’t get a Dunkin’ Donuts from pick up window. I couldn’t even go to the ATM at the bank. I was completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them to do any type of bodywork,mechanical work,engine work!They are super team! Nicole wow what an administrator! She runs that office like a captain of a ship! They are located @ the end of Braddock Ave near the Rankin Bridge. I definitely will go back again if my Kia Sportage SX ever needs worked on! Buen trabajo equipo de Mechas!!

I took my Honda CRV to Mechas to repair a front collision damage. They were able to fit me in on short notice and complete the repairs quickly and to a high quality standard. What I like about Mechas is that its a small business and that I was dealing directly with the person who is working on my car. They were very responsive and accomodating to my inquiries, and helpful in dealing with insurance and rental companies.

Mechas was totally professional with everything - estimate, repair work, rental car, insurance. And they always answered the phone or immediately returned my call. Delightful people. i took my car in right after a crash, insurance was trying their best to total it but the people here save my car. best experience i’ve ever had in my life hands down. they brought the car back to pre cash condition but actually even better because they made sure when i left with it it was flawless and not a spec of dirt on it. they also encourage you to come check up on your car at any time during the repair. 100/10 would recommend them to anyone and everyone. also very affordable and will work with you! if you need a shop definitely go here!

Collision repair completed on my Toyota Highlander after my vehicle sustained front end and side damage post accident. My vehicle was returned in pristine condition and the 3 stage color was PERFECT/FLAWLESS. Luis is an expert at his craft and was very informative throughout the entire process. Unlike other facilities, I did not have to wait long for my vehicle and I can say I truly felt valued. I will only use this shop moving forward! I am a customer for life. Update: I have taken my Toyota Highlander and my Daughters Scion TC to this shop. They treat you like an extension of their family. They are highly knowledgeable and explain every detail of the process to you in language you understand. They even provide you with repair options to fit your budget and financing (to qualified applicants) which was helpful for my Daughter who is a college student. . Had an awesome experience bringing my car here to get some rust taken out. Luis was very knowledgeable and got me my estimate quickly. The rust repair was done fast and the car honestly looks good as new. He also went the extra mile and threw in a free detail, swapped out my lug nuts, and even gave me extra paint so I can touch up any dings around the car down the road. I always say a mechanic is like a barber. When you find a good one, you stick with them. Well I found my new body shop here. My insurance company was trying to screw me over and treated me like they didn't care about me at all after 6 years of dutiful payments, and my first and only claim. The owners here fought for me against the insurance company to get done what should have been a quick and simple process. Not only that, the work was top notch. If you're near the area, trust me you'll be hard pressed to find a better shop. Give them a go

I took my 2015 Honda Civic to Mechas Auto Body for some body work during the week of December 15, 2025. This was my first visit, and I chose them based on the outstanding reviews they received on google. They exceeded my expectations in every area, and they certainly have earned the great reviews they are receiving. The owner, Luis, is not only a great auto body professional; he is also a talented artist, and treats your car like a treasured piece of art. When I picked up my car it looked like a brand new Honda Civic. He went above and beyond by touching up small scratches and even thoroughly cleaning the entire interior of my car. He also noticed a mud flap missing in one of my wheel wells and took the initiative to order the part and take care of that as well. All of this was done at a very modest and affordable price. The administrative support was exceptional. They have great relations with the insurance companies and rental car companies, and provide any assistance and support you may need in these areas. I received timely communications from them the entire time they had my car. I could not be happier with the work they performed, as well as how they performed it. They genuinely care for you as a customer and strive with integrity to provide the best possible service. They also do car detailing work, and I gave this service as a Christmas gift for my son's Honda Odyssey. He and his wife, parents of 3 young children, could not have been more happy with the results of having a pristine and immaculate car. I want you to know that this not flattery. I never knew them before I trusted them and gave them the chance. They earned everything that I have said. I highly recommend Mechas Auto Body to all of you who are reading my review!
